Flautist Jodi Taylor shares her story and involvement with ESO...

How long have you played with ESO?

I have played with the ESO regularly since 2007. I was a substitute before that.

What instrument do you play and how did you gravitate to that instrument?

I play the flute. My older sister (and a beloved aunt) also played. It just felt natural the first time I held the instrument and I’ve always loved the tone quality.

What piece is on your bucket list to play with ESO and why?

I love playing anything composed by Brahms and Dvorak. Their wind writing is spectacular!
