Elmhurst Symphony Launches New Website and Ecommerce Platform

The ESO Provides Customers a Cutting-Edge, Lightning-Fast, Mobile-Optimized User Experience

ELMHURST — The Elmhurst Symphony Association (ESA) is proud to announce major improvements to its online user experience, including the launch of a new website and ecommerce platform specifically designed for speed and ease of use.

“We’re very happy to take this leap forward, both for what it means to our patrons and the nonprofit arts business,” ESA Executive Director Gregory Hughes said. “In a time when customers are accustomed to ordering everything from groceries to furniture with just a few taps on their mobile devices, shouldn’t arts organizations make ticket-buying just as easy? At the Elmhurst Symphony, now it really is that easy.”

The from-the-ground-up redesign of the Elmhurst Symphony’s website and new ecommerce platform were launched in partnership with UpStage Technologies (formerly Venture Industries), an award-winning web developer specializing in the Arts & Culture Sector.

Among the new features and design elements sure to be a hit with Elmhurst Symphony patrons, site visitors will find a clean, easy-to-navigate design optimized for mobile devices. Speed tests revealed the Elmhurst Symphony website loads in a lightning-fast 645 milliseconds. Concert event pages now include Spotify playlists so patrons on the fence about purchasing can sample the program before buying. When patrons are ready to buy, they’ll be taken to a straightforward checkout path including a one-click payment option via Google Pay (Apple Pay will be incorporated in a future update). Patrons can also log in to their ESO account to retrieve mobile tickets, view transaction history, and manage their data.

The Elmhurst Symphony’s new website can be viewed at ElmhurstSymphony.org and patrons can log into their account at My.ElmhurstSymphony.org.
