Access Your Existing Account for the First Time
If you’ve attended an ESO event or made a contribution in the past, you probably already have an account. Below is a step-by-step guide for existing patrons to activate and login to your account. New patrons may register a new account at any time.
- Click Here, then enter your email address and click “Recover Password.” This should be the same email address at which you receive messages from the Elmhurst Symphony.
- Check your email for a message with the subject line “Your Password Reset Link for Elmhurst Symphony” from firstname.lastname@example.org, open the email and follow the provided instructions.
- Log In to your account using your email address and newly-created password.

Other Common Issues
Missing Verification Email
If you have signed up for an account but have not received your verification email, please check your SPAM folder and/or search your email client for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reset Your Password
To reset the password for your My Elmhurst Symphony account visit https://my.elmhurstsymphony.org/authentication/password-recovery, enter your email address, then select “Recover Password”.
Lost Tickets or Receipt
You can access your tickets and transaction history by logging into your My Elmhurst Symphony account.
