Access Your Existing Account for the First Time

If you’ve attended an ESO event or made a contribution in the past, you probably already have an account. Below is a step-by-step guide for existing patrons to activate and login to your account. New patrons may register a new account at any time.

  1. Click Here, then enter your email address and click “Recover Password.” This should be the same email address at which you receive messages from the Elmhurst Symphony.
  2. Check your email for a message with the subject line “Your Password Reset Link for Elmhurst Symphony” from aws@upstagecrm.io, open the email and follow the provided instructions.
  3. Log In to your account using your email address and newly-created password.

Create a New Account

New patrons may register a new account at any time.

If you are a returning patron and created a new duplicate account by accident, please contact us.

Other Common Issues

Missing Verification Email

If you have signed up for an account but have not received your verification email, please check your SPAM folder and/or search your email client for a message from aws@upstagecrm.io.

Reset Your Password

To reset the password for your My Elmhurst Symphony account visit https://my.elmhurstsymphony.org/authentication/password-recovery, enter your email address, then select “Recover Password”.

Lost Tickets or Receipt

You can access your tickets and transaction history by logging into your My Elmhurst Symphony account.
