Trumpeter Sarah Carrillo gave us the scoop on her involvement with the ESO and how she got started...
How did you choose your instrument?
I loved that the trumpet is used at the most exciting parts of music, whether in symphonies or in the movies. I wanted to be the voice that created the magic.
What piece is on your bucket list to play with ESO and why?
Miraculous Mandarin, Bartok. It hardly ever gets played!
