Event & Admittance Policies

Ticketing and Admittance

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. The Elmhurst Symphony Association (ESA) reserves the right to revoke the license granted by a ticket.

One entry is granted per ticket. Unauthorized duplication of tickets may prevent admittance to the event. Late seating is at the discretion of house management and may not be available for certain programs and venues.

Artists, prices, and programs are subject to change without notice.

The ESA welcomes children of all ages, and invites parents to use their discretion to determine the age-appropriateness of our performances based on time of day and programming. For help or clarification, please contact us.

The ESA may require that oversized bags and coats be left on the coat racks located adjacent to the Ticketing Desk. The ESA also reserves the right to search bags for security reasons.

Covid-19 Risk

By attending an ESA event, the ticket holder acknowledges and voluntarily agrees to assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and other communicable diseases, following required Health & Safety measures and all other terms and conditions. The ESA ticketing and attendance policies are subject to change and are subject to city and state public health guidelines.

Consent and Permission

The ESA reserves the right to record performances, including the audience, for future broadcast or promotion. Your attendance at an event shall be deemed consent and permission to use your image, as captured in photograph or on video, in connection with the promotion and marketing of the ESA and its related events.

Health & Safety Policies

As live performances return, safety is our priority. To ensure your visit to the Elmhurst Symphony, at our home venue of Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church (ECRC), is safe, we will continue to modify our guidelines and concert experience, based on the latest public health and union recommendations. The ESA is committed to the health and safety of our entire family – our audience, our artists, our technicians, our administrative staff, and all of the communities we serve.

Face Masks

Masks are optional but recommended for all individuals (vaccinated & unvaccinated) attending or volunteering at an Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra concert.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church and can be found near all entrances to the building and concert hall. Per CDC guidelines, people should wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Air Ventilation (HVAC) System

The Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church meets CDC-recommended guidelines on CO2 concentrations (no greater than 1000 parts per million (ppm)), with 700ppm.

Feeling Unwell

Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days, should not attend Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra concerts. Please contact us to exchange your tickets for a future performance.
